Goods are despatched as soon as possible after you place your order, usually upon receipt of
payment by cheque or usually for delivery next day if a credit card transaction, provided goods are in stock. If products are temporarily unavailable, we
will inform you of their expected arrival and shipping dates and ship to you as soon as they become available. We will always make every effort to minimise delay and will endeavour to keep you up to date on any delays that may occur.
Shipping on most items is by Courier Delivery at a standard charge of £7.50 (£6.52 plus VAT) in the UK except for cables which will be sent by 1st Class Post or occasionally Special Delivery for the same charge.
We will occasionally ship to EU countries subject to cleared funds but will need additional information before accepting your order. We regret that we are unable to ship to destinations outside the EU without special arrangements, so please contact us by phone or email if you are thinking of ordering.

No goods will be accepted for return without an RMA number which will be provided to you in advance.
