it to you of any product unless and until MultiTask Computing Ltd. accepts your
order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance
will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively
communicated to you at the time MultiTask Computing Ltd. sends the e-mail to you
(whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such
contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kindom. Further,
any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects
in accordance with the laws of England, and you and MultiTask Computing Ltd. irrevocably
submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Credit Card Fraudsters and Hackers will be dealt with severely by MultiTask Computing. Fraudulent transactions will be notified to the relevant authorities in every case. We have developed a very extensive system to catch and punish people using fraudulent credit card details and we take as much action as possible against them. All transactions and hack attempts are logged and reported to the Police who will investigate every case under the Computer Misuse Act. We may also hire private investigators and/or other entities to catch those who place fraudulent orders or attempt any form of attack on the site.
